Chaat is all time favourite of young and old alike. Specially on road side stalls. This chat recipes require less cooking and can be prepared in less time. I tried a different variety of chaat item today. mixed up kachoris and sprouts to make kachori chaat. Its really colorful and ofcourse delicious too.

Ingredients :

Kachoris – 2

Fresh curd – 1 cup

Sugar – 1 tsp

Tomato – 1

Onion – 1

Moong sprouts  – 1/4 cup

Boiled potato – 1

Grated carrot – 3 tbsp

Coriander leaves

Salt – as required

Red chillie powder – 1/4 tsp

Chat masala powder – 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp

Green chutney – 2 tsp

Sweet chutney – 2 tsp

Beat the curd along with sugar and keep it in refrigerator to chill .  Take a bowl and add sprouts, chopped tomato, onions, small cubed potatoes, grated carrot, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt, redchillie powder, chat masala , lemon juice and mix well.  Take kachori and cut the top with a sharp knife. remove the inside stuffing.  Now fill the kachoris with the prepared mixture till top. Place them in a plate and pour beaten curd on the kachoris . Spread green chutney (coriander, mint leaves and green chillies mixture) , sweet chutney on the top. Decorate it with coriander leaves , fine sev too. sprinkle chat masala and serve ..
